Lifespan

๐Ÿ™‚Hey there, it's been a while and a day. Howdy, do? Hope the happenings around you haven't affected your tenderness?

I wonder, could I just crave your indulgence very briefly?

Technology has done lots of good for us as well as bad. For instance, there is a void that is dug out when your gadget is faulty, stolen or the battery life is spent. I've been a victim of this, so have you. Yes, you!

Each day, new innovations are birthed.  Novel technologies dot the scene and with each birth, there's this desire to acquire more funds to own a 'trendier' device.

Each gadget holds true and untrue promises of a top-notch lifespan and fringe benefits.

How so easy it is to get comfortable with devices so tiny!

Sometime in August, my phone convulsed, fainted, and died. A part of me ached that it would sneeze and come back to life. However, nothing of such happened. It was an unexpected death that left me flustered.

When the lifespan of a device is over, with or without a warrant and its time of death arises, whether doctored or not, IT MUST DIE.

"No one can predict the quantity of a lifespan but we can affect the quality of life exponentially." Johnnie Dent Jr.

My heart rent when the phone doctor confirmed its death.

Unexpected things happen - gadgets develop faults; our health is shaken up; death greets at the front porch - that throws us off balance. We're often met with these unexpected events and our response to them doth matter a lot.

For me, I consulted the doctor. Whom do you run to when life throws shades at you?

Probably you might want to check with the doctor - Jesus Christ - the next time something of this sort happens.
