Hiya!🤗 Hi there, how has it been at your end? Happy new month💃. This year has been already long, yeah?😶 

Kindly indulge me for a moment while I unravel today's message...💬 


Has anything ever been stolen from you without your knowledge?

Well, if you haven't experienced any theft, here's my story.


On one of the days I left home for school ✏️, I boarded a vehicle🚖. It was on one of such journeys I learned my lesson😔.

What was the lesson? Never leave your purse👛 in a vehicle when you step down even for a millisecond.

On that day, I had gotten down very briefly and when I got back, I didn't bother to check my bag🎒 because I trusted that everything would be intact.


Not until I got to school, did I discover that I had been ripped off my pocket money💵 😪.

You don't want to know what my mum said when I called to inform her.😂


Well, there is the need to be on guard always. To don the full armor of Christ constantly. As to when the devil shall pay a visit, we know not. This world 🌎 is a battlefield. Each day we face a spiritual war and an enemy who's real. The forces of darkness don't wait for us to be ready for their attack. They're ruthless, determined and cunning.


Wear your armor!


Had I been on alert, my pocket money wouldn't have been ripped from me. 😪


The Devil could care less if we "feel" prepared, or prayed up for your day. In fact, he prefers we're not.

In Ephesians 6, we are exhorted to put on the armour of God. A necessary component to this "armour" is the "sword of the Spirit" which is the Word of God, the Bible. When Satan tempted Jesus three times in the wilderness, how did Jesus fend off the attacks? You guessed it! Each time, he quoted the Scripture. Knowledge of God's word is essential to our spiritual alertness.

Today and always, choose to be on the watch.

At all times.


Throw on your armor, in readiness for the battle.

Victory is guaranteed.

Growing Up: A Scam

Hiya! A pleasant day it is, ain't it? How has it been at your end? I hope you still remember to smile and cut yourself some slack? Today's topic resonates with many of us. Very recently, I clocked a year. Prior to this, I'd always believed growing up to be a scam. I'm glad to point out that this is quietly changing. Nonetheless, that doesn't excuse society for making demands of me before I was prepared. I was told to go to school and gain an education. All glory to God, I passed through the primary, secondary and the so-much talked about tertiary institution. Along the way, I was told when I grow up, the jigsaw puzzle would somehow fit. A pleasant afternoon to you. How do you do? On today's post, knowledge is said to be appealing. Here's why... Sound knowledge is a venture not everyone is willing to invest in . Knowledge, they say is power, but what are you willing to pay for its acquisition? Everyone, or rather, majority of folks love to be associated with individuals who are vast and deep versed. However, we fail to make enquiries as to how such a feat was acquired. We would rather appreciate the outcome, than emulate the means. Recently, I confided in a friend my inability to prepare 'starch', a native meal of my motherland. He did well to remind me of the wealth of knowledge embedded in Google. Shamefacedly, I promised myself to look up the recipe for the meal. Don't ask if I have looked it up. How many opportunities to accumulate knowledge have we passed up?
